Parisian Chic

After spending the afternoon reading about one of my favourite style icons–Ines de la Fressange–I decided to sift through the toppling right-hand side of my library, where my favourite books are placed strategically for easy reaching, and dig up her Parisian Chic style guide. With spring here/summer around the corner, it’s time for some serious inspiration–from one of France’s classiest women, and Karl’s muse herself. I had forgotten that I marked some pages with (discreetly placed, as to not ruin the pages) Post-Its, and was delighted to be able to go back and look up some of Ines’s secrets all over again.

Tailored and chic monochromatic look that's perfectly imperfect

A great necklace, silhouette and spring colour palette (DVF)

Tibi sandals that are the perfect blend of feminine, classic with undertones from this season's ubiquitous (and chic!) colour palette

And of course, no French outfit is complete without a feminine silk scarf
